Order enquiries – Please send an email below with any order enquiries. Icon Candles by Eleni can invoice you directly, or you can pay by direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Payment of orders to be made in full before items are made as requested before despatch.
Delivery costs will be calculated with you prior to finalising your order – once we know where your package is going.
We send your items via Aust Post or Courier service depending on the most cost effective method at the time. This is why we can’t always quote an up front set shipping price – it depends on what you are ordering and the dimensions / weight of your order.
We offer FREE delivery 5km from our HQ in Pascoe Vale South.
